Problem

The centre needed a way to manage class and event bookings without relying on multiple uncoordinated channels for enquiries.

What we built

A public website with class and event booking functionality was developed. An integrated online payment gateway (PayFast, sandbox-verified) processes transactions. Email and enquiries flow into a dedicated channel to ensure nothing is missed. The ledger entity hdcc and channel #hdcc track operations.

Outcome

The site is live and processes bookings and payments through the integrated gateway. All enquiries are routed to the dedicated channel.
